FOOTBALLER’S DEATH By Telegraph—Press Association DUNEDIN, July 11 Following an Injury to the spine, suffered when a scrum collapsed in a football match at Palmerston on Saturday, Lindsay Kitchen, a Palmerston resident, died in hospital.
