FAKEIt M I. PAKTY Messrs D. Williams and V. Smith were guests of honour al a parly held in tlic Oran Bridge Hall when a number oi their friends gathered to bid them farewell. Dancing was enjoyed the music being supplied by Mr 8. Cross, Messrs T. Mayne and Thomas playing extras. A statue waltz was won by Miss Janet Gresham and Mr J. Metcalfe. During the evening Mr A. Lane spoke m eulogistic terms of the guests. They had both been energetic members of the tennis club and their departure would be a loss to the club On behalf of those present the guests were .en presented with a gift.
