The Commonwealth Government has decided to appoint a Royal Commission to investigate the phases of the National Insurance Bill which is now before the House of Representatives, and is expected to pass that Chamber next week, and on which there if considerable dlssatisfacticn with the medical practitioners, who are determined not to work for 11/- capitation fee. This aspect w'U particularly be investigated.
