REASON PREVAILING IN FRANCE United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, April 15. More than 100,000 French strikers will resume work on Tuesday as a result of the Engineering and Metalworkers’ Union accepting the peace plan of the Minister of Labour (M. Ramadier). In a letter to the employers and workers, M. Ramadier said that in the interest of national defence it was the Government's imperative duty to end the dispute in a manner in which both sides agreed to settle their grievances by a conference and promises of a speedy settlement oi Paris labour troubles.
