CHANGE OF REPRESENTATION LIKELY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, March 31. The counting of the postal and absentee votes is proceeding in the State elections. Earlier in the wp«k Mr Hankinson had a majority of about 100 and it was expected that the postal and absentee votes would favour him, but now it appears likely that he will lose t’ - seat, in which case Labour will have won two seats at the election.
