RUSSIAN CINEMA INDUSTRY AFFECTED ' United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, January 9. It is now alleged that wreckers have gravely affected the cinema industry. M. Boris Shimiatsky, general manager of th' Fil' i Trust, has been denounced as having fallen into the hands of the saboteurs. He is alleged to have failed to employ political themes and to have misappropriated funds amounting to 20,000,000 roubles which were wasted since 1935 on 39 films that were never released.
