Miss Patricia Powrie, Christchurch, lis staying with Mrs C. L. Orbell, 1 “Pentlow.” Mrs Hume, Miss H. S. Mansfield and Miss M. P. Featherstone, England, are visiting Timaru and are staying at the Grosvenor. Mis H. E. Shiel, Dunedin, Mrs L. Barry, Christchurch, and Mrs B. C. Smith, Sumner, are guests at the Grand. I Mrs J. Pearson and Miss Galway who were the guests of Mrs Colin Marshall, Preston Street, have returned Io Christchurch. Mrs Sinclair-Thomson, “The Crossing,” Woodbury, has returned from a visit to Mrs Redmond Neill, “Barossa,” Mt. Somers. Mr and Mrs H. Sinclair-Thomson, “Hampton House,” LeCren’s Terrace, who have been on a camping trip to the West Coast and Nelson returned home on Saturday. Mrs A. Bennett, Miss B. Bennett, Miss V. Godard, Mrs D.
