Charged with counselling murder, also with three charges of libel, Joseph Unwin, Government Whip, in the legislature, was arrested in connection with the seized "bankers and toadies” leaflets. He reserved his plea, and was remanded for nine days on bail of 5000 dollars. The charge was laid by Senator Griesbach Unwin, who announced a fortnight ago that he would handle the Social Credit Board publicity.
