PREMIER ISSUES ULTIMATUM United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 21, 6.30 p.m.) EDMONSTON, September 21. The Premier of Alberta, Mr William Aberhart, in an ultimatum to his followers, declares that if the majority fail to sign pledges whole-heartedly supporting the Government, he will call an immediate election.
