ABBEY RESTORED
IiARLY RESUMPTION OF SERVICES By Telegraph—Press Association Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 21, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, September 20. Westminster Abbey has been returned by the Office of Works to the care of the Dean and Chapter, after having been restored to normal conditions following the changes effected for the Coronation. The Abbey will be reopened for resumption of public services on Sunday.
