EARLY DEBATE ON PARTITION PROPOSALS British Official Wireless RUGBY, July 13. The report of the Royal Commission on Palestine, will be debated in the House of Commons on Tuseday on the Colonial Office vote. The Rt. Hon. W. G. Ormsby-Gore will be assisted in the debate by Lord Winterton, who during the war, took part with Colonel Lawrence, in the Arabian campaign. There is a possibility that Mr Chamberlain also will speak.
