KING AND QUEEN IN IVALES United Press Association—By Electric rplfturnnh Cnnvriehi ((Received July 16, 1.10 a.m.) LONDON, July 15 The King and Queen after a second night in the train, arrived at Aberystwyth, and opened the National Library of Wales, an ambitious building, beautifully situated. The King, in a speech, expressed joy at being among the people of Wales, so soon after the Coronation. He described the library as a treasure house for the Welsh language, literature and art, as well as a centre for the advancement of knowledge and the spread of culture.. Their Majesties will visit Carnarvon Castle this afternoon and will return to London to-night.
