NEW MINISTER; IN LONDON British Official Wireless (Received July 15, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, July 14. M. Graaf van Llmburg-Stirum, the new Netherlands Minister in London, will reach London on Friday, and will be received by the King next Tuesday. He succeeds M. van Swinderen who has been Netherlands Minister in London since before the war. From 1916 to 1921 M. van Llmburg-Stirum was GovernorGeneral of the Dutch East Indies and he was Netherlands Minister to Berlin for ten years until the end of last year. Danish Appointment Count Laurvig, the Danish Minister in Lqndon for the last 15 years win Is retiring at the end * this year, will be replaced by Count Relentlow, the present Danish Minister in Stockholm. Count Relentlow was Charge d'Affaires in London from 1913 to 1919, and later was permanent Under-Secretary at the Danish Foreign Ministry.
