CLOSE CALL IN THE SEA United Press Association—By Electric Televraph - Convrieht (Received June 30, 9.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 30. Two men flying a seaplane from the south coast town, Bateman’s Bay, to Sydney, were forced down by a waterspout 1500 feet high, off Port Hacking. They were drifting toward the rocks, when their plight was noticed. The fliers were rescued along with their machine, the engines of which had failed.
