The Pope has instructed the Papal Nuncio to receive King Carol at Cracow during his visit to the Cathedral to pay homage at Marshal Pilsodski’s tomb. Archbishop Sapieha, who is at present indisposed, is confined tc the palace, it is variously supposed that he objected to the visit either, because King Carol is a non-Catholic or because of the nature of his private life.
