EUCHRE PARTY

In spite of the inclement weather there was a record attendance at the fortnightly euchre party and dance held in aid of the school funds. The prizes were awarded as follows: Women, Mrs Hewson 1, Miss Doreen Key 2; men, Mr Douglas Gray 1, Mr J. Stowell junr. 2. Music for the dance was supplied by Mrs L. R. Bishop, extras being played by Mrs R. Cartwright and Miss H. Stevenson. Mr W. Thomas junr. was M.C.
