ORDER ILLEGAL
PLAN TO EXPEL RADICAL United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 19, 12.40 a.m.) COLOMBO, May 18. The Supreme Court declared illegal, the order fdr the expulsion of Bracegirdle, who has been released.
A cablegram received from Sydney on May 5 said that the authorities in Ceylon ordered Mr Mark Bracegirdle, who is a young Londoner on a tea plantation and a migrant from Australia, to leave by the liner Mooltan, within 24 hours owing to his activities In a local social party which is led by an Indian woman.
