ROYAL COURT
SCENE OF SPLENDOUR AND DIGNITY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, May 5. His Majesty wore the full dress of scarlet and gold uniform of a fieldmarshal. The Queen, for the first time wore the Order of the Garter, conferred on her in the New Year honours, a pale blue riband, which contasted softly with the gown of deep golden brocade.
