NO PROVISION FOR FINANCIAL HELP United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 16. In the House of Commons, Mr Malcolm Macdonald (Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs) said there were no funds available to provide return passages from the Dominions of distressed migrants. He said he was inquiring into the question of establishing such a fund.
