ANNUAL HILL CLIMB The South Canterbury Motor Cycle Club’s annual hill climb was held at the Tycho Zig Zag on Saturday afternoon. The hill was in fairly good order, but loose shingle on some corners made record breaking impossible. The car climb, which is the first one run by the club, proved a success and the performance of W. B. Jacobs of Oamaru, in recording 54 2-5 seconds was particularly meritorious. The motor cycle climb also showed the public some fine riding and many thrills. During the afternoon J. R.
