SENSATION IN QUARTER FINAL DEFEAT OF CUP HOLDERS United Press Association—Bv Electric Tellers oh—Coovriaht (Received March 7, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. The quarter finals of the English Cup provided the biggest sensation of the season, in West Bromwich's defeat of Arsenal, who are the cup holders and favourites to retain the trophy. Millwall, the first third division League team ever to reach the semifinal, outplayed the first League team Manchester City.
