Gaol for Golfers
Durban's new municipal golf course was to be opened officially on February 6. There are 22 by-laws dealing with the course, and it is advisable for players to read them, as the penalty for infringing them in each case is imprisonment with or without hard labour for not more than ;hree months or a fine of not more than £lO. —“Cape Argus.”
