RECEPTION TO BRITISH ADMIRAL United press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 31, 6.30 p.m.) VALENCIA, January 29. Senor Largo Caballero gave an elaborate reception at the Presidential Palace for Admiral Backhouse, Com-mander-in-Chief of the Home Fleet. Mr Oglllvie Forbes (British Ambassador) performed the introductions. Admiral Backhouse subsequently held a reception on the flagship H.M.S. Nelson.
