LORD HUGH CECIL RESIGNS British Official Wireless (Received January 31, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, January 29. Lord Hugh Cecil who has recently been appointed Provost at Eton is resigning his seat in the House of Commons as Senior Member for the University of Oxford, which he has represented since 1910.
