VICTIM OF GUNPLAY

SHOT DOWN BY MASKED MEN United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 31, 6.30 pjn.) NEW YORK, January 30. A message from Lyndhurst (New Jersey) says that at the Parking Automobile Sales Company, two masked men entered and shot dead the proprietor Frank Paolillo, aged 40, whom the police termed a racketeer, during and since prohibition. The masked men then drove away. Investigators are working on the theory that the victim had owed money to the slayers since prohibition and had refused to pay.
