MINISTER’S FIRST BUDGET United Press Association—By Electric Tel egra ph —Copyright (Received December 25, 6.30 p.m.) CAIRO, December 24. The Minister of War has been allotted £300,000 in the draft Budget for the purchase of 12 bombers from Britain, bringing up the Egyptian air strength to 50 machines. The Minister of War also proposes to double the strength of the Egyptian army from 10,000 men to 20,000.
