GERMANS CHARGED WITH ESPIONAGE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 5, 6.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, December 23. It has emerged from an interview between M. Molotov and the German Ambassador, Herr Schuenburg, that the trial of the 34 Germans arrested in Russia will be held shortly under charges of espionage and pro-Fascist activities.
