FAILURE OF STAMPED SCRIP ISSUE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received November 27, 6.30 p.m.) EDMONTON November 26. The Chambers of Commerce of Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat will present a petition to the Premier, Mr W. Aberhart, asking him to abolish stamped scrip. They declare that the August issue of 238.000 dollars was a failure, only 30,000 dollars being in circulation.
