NEW ZEALANDER’S IMPRESSIONS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 27, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 27. Mr R. C. Horton, director of “The New Zealand Herald” who is returning after seven months abroad said that in England greater care was being taken with the upbringing of young people. “Various health programmes are being carried out, children are being taught to drink more milk and eat more wholesome food, and attempts were now being made to organise more camps and opportunities for physical training.” Mr Horton said that high taxation in New Zealand and Australia was a deterrent to migration.
