SOVIET’S SRONG PROTEST United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright MOSCOW, November 25. The Foreign Office protested to the Japanese Embassy, alleging that 50 Manchurian-Japanese troops crossed the Russian-Manchurian border, penetrated half a mile into Soviet territory, and fired on Russian frortier guards, but were driven off.
