THEFT AND FORGERY By Telegraph Pres? Association DUNEDIN, August 31. Thomas John Edmond Pitts, who appeared for sentence before Mr Justive Kennedy for fraudulently omitting to account to Charles Leslie Calvert for £76/1/3 received by him from Walter George Richards and Talbot Pirie Hardie, also forging the signature to a cheque for £7/10/- and with having cashed the cheque, was admitted to probation for two years.
