METHODIST CLUB At vh annual meeting of the Woodlands Street Methodist Tennis Club, thd> Rev C Blair presided over a good ttendance. The bala. ice-sheet was read and adopted. The election of officers resulted:— President, Rev. C. Blair; vicepresidents. Messrs W. Roseveare, R. Fenwick, S. Dawson, S. Smith and Bible Class leaders; secretary. Miss L. Duggan; treasurer, Mr W. Roseveare: committee. Misses G. Lund, M. Barney, M. Angus and Messrs S. Blanchard, E. Shepherd. A. Wills and S. Smith. It was decided that the official opening of the club season be held on September 26.
