BASKETBALL
OTAIO SUB-ASSOCIATION The monthly meeting of the Otaio Basketball Sub-Association was held in the Springbrook School. The president Miss M. Porter, presided over a good attendance of members, delegates from Pareora, Southburn, Springbrook and St. Andrews being present. Representative matches with Timaru and Waimate were discussed and arrangements made. It was decided to hold the annual field day at St. Andrews on September 12. Permission for the Southburn Club to play a friendly match with Fairview was granted.
