On the grounds that he is a nonSocial Creditor, that he never comes to study meetings, and that efforts to make a Social Creditor of him have failed, a group of constituents of Mr J. W. Beaudry, of St. Paul Riding, are launching recall proceedings. The Premier is pledged to introduce recall legislation when the Legislature opens.
