A STOWAWAY
ARRREST AT AUCKLAND By Telegraph—Prpsf Association AUCKLAND. July 19. A young man, an Australian, stow’ed away in the steamer Kairanga at Newcastle and was arrested when the vessel arrived at Auckland this evening. The Kairanga proceeded from Newcastle to Sydney to complete loading, and the stowaway remained hidden among coils of fencing wire in the shelter deck until the vessel had left Sydney.
