DEMOCRAT PARTY

CLAIMS OF ORGANISER By Telegraph—Press Association ' WELLINGTON, May 15. In the course of a long statement issued on behalf of the Dominion executive of the Democrat political organisation, Mr A. E. Davey writes:— “We wish to tell the people of New Zealand that we will go to the polls in full strength with a very able .leader and a policy based purely on sound common sense. To date we have said little. We do not intend to reveal our full strength yet, but we have by far the strongest political organisation in this country to-day. The majority of our candidates are already selected. When the time comes, and before very long, we shall prove that this is no idle boast but an actual fact.”
