OPENING OF BELGIAN EXHIBITION British Official Wireless (Received May 13, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, May 11. The Pi'ince of Wales sent the following telegram to the British Ambassador in Brussels on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition there: “As patron of the British Committee of Honour for participation In the Universal and International Exhibition, now being held in Brussels, I send you my very best wishes for the success ol the British pavilion and my congratulations on its official inauguration. It is my earnest hope that the Belgian people will be interested in the picture which we have tried to present of some of the more important aspects of the life and activities of our country and of our overseas Empire.”
