The “Daily Mail” says: “The Scottish and Welsh Nationalist Parties, who met at Liverpool, drew up a joint declaration, of which copies have been sent to the King, the Prime Minister, Mr Macdonald, and the Dominion Prime Ministers, claiming Dominion status for Scotland and Wales.
