SERIOUS DAMAGE TO PASTURES United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph —Cop yrlght MELBOURNE, May 2. The worst danger in the flooded areas has passed, and householders are returning to their homes, which, on Tuesday, were under water. Serious damage has been done to pastures. The flooded Yarra river is still causing considerable inconvenience to shipping, while high seas are running along the coast, resulting in inter-State steamers running many hours behind schedule.
