DEFINITE ADVANCE IN PRICE AT BRISBANE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyrteht (Received May 2, 9.20 p.m.) BRISBANE, May 2. A further definite advance of five per cent, in prices occurred at to-day’s wool auctions. Bidding was keener by the German representatives, who purchased the bulk of the higher priced fleeces. The Japanese buyers also provided spirited competition, but Bradford and French operators were quiet.
