WOODBURY
MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB The annual meeting of the Woodbury Men’s Rifle Club was held on Monday night, Mr J. Fifield presiding over a good attendance. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and confirmed. The chairman stated that the Club had had a very successful year, and was able to start the season with a good credit balance. The election of officers resulted:— Patron, Mr A. J. Blakiston; president, Capt. R. M. Burdon; vice-presidents, Mesdames Chisnall and Turton, and Messrs J. Polhill, M. Barker, F. Sercombe, F. R. Flatman, J. M. H. Tripp, B. Tripp, G. Waller, F. Templeton, E. E. Scott, P. Hendry, F. E. South, W. Cole; captain, Mr K. Quaid; vice-cap-tain, Mr G. Cain; treasurer, Mr G. Cain; secretary. Mr D. Fifield; tester, Mr G. Cain; delegates to Miniature Rifle Association, Messrs G. Cain, K. Quaid, J. Fifield. It was decided to hold the shoots on Monday nights.
