WAR ON GANGS
SPECIAL POLICE CORPS IN MADRID United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MADRID, April 21. A special police corps is being enrolled with the object of stamping out gangsters. They will patrol the streets in motor-cars and afoot. The public are w'arned that they must immediately put up their hands when challenged or the police will fire.
