ENGLISH NEWSPAPER FORECAST United Press Association—B.v Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 22, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 22. The political correspondent of “The Daily Express” says: Government experts believe that large scale migration to the Dominions is likely to be resumed within five years. Emigration on the pre-war scale of 300,000 annually is envisaged when prosperity returns and the Dominions have already made it clear that they will want British migrants, and so desire migration on scientific lines.
