POSITION PRECARIOUS By Telegraph—Press Association HOKITIKA, April 1. The auxiliary' scow Moa, when entering the big Wanganui River on Saturday, stranded at the mouth of the river. The unloading of a cargo of milling machinery is proceeding. Heavy seas are breaking over the vessel at high tide and the ship is in a precarious position.
