Cardinal Macrory, after presenting his report of the Eucharistic Congress to the Vatican, reached London. Interviewed by the Australian and New Zealand Press Association, His Eminence said he found His Holiness in good health and exceedingly interested in the details of the Congress. At the end of the thirty-five minutes audience, the Pope expressed himself highly pleased with the success. He believed the Congress would advance the faith beneath the Southern Cross.
