BRITISH EXPEDITION RETURNS FROM ANTARCTIC WATERS. —The Royal research ship Discovery 11., which, according to a cable message published this morning, returned on Wednesday to Capetown after an oceanographic survey in Antarctic waters. The survey, which lasted eight months, included visits to the South Shetlands and the Palmer Archipelago. The illustration, an official Colonial Office photograph, shows the research ship surrounded by the icefields of the Antarctic during the expedition just completed.
