LONDON TALKS TO TOKIO British Official Wireless (Received March 13, 5.5 pun.) RUGBY, March 12. The new Anglo-Japanese radio telephone service was officially opened when Sir Kingsley Wood (PostmasterGeneral) in London greeted the Japanese Minister of Communications in Tokio. Sir John Simon also spoke with the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs.
