SENTENCE VARIED By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 13. On December 6, 1934, J. V. Priestly pleaded guilty at Wellington to five charges of indecent assault and was sentenced by Mr Justice Reed to be detained for reformative purposes for a period not exceeding two years. Today the Court of Appeal made an order quashing that sentence and' substituting therefore an order that Priestly come up for sentence if required at any time within two years.
