ARCHBISHOP RELEASED IN MEXICO United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 10, 6.30 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, March 8. Mexico held an incommunicado for nearly twenty-four hours, and Archbishop Diaz has been released, after being ordered to pay 100 pesos fine for violation of religious laws by officiating at religious services outside the Federal district. The Archbishop is exhausted.
