OBITUARY
MR DYNES FULTON Mr Dynes Fulton, who died on Sunway was born at Pukekohe and was educated at the Puni School. He served with distinction in the Boer War as a corporal in the 3rd Contingent. Mr Fulton was associated with many organisations during his lifetime. In 1914 he founded the Tuakau Town Board, of which he was chairman from 1914 to 1922. In 1924 he became chairman of directors of the New Zealand Co-op. Dairy Co. He was president of the Dominion Federation of Group Herd-Testing and chairman of the New Zealand Co-operative Herd Testing Association. Since 1923 he had been president of the Franklin Racing Club and he was formerly a member of the Licensing Committee for Franklin and Raglan. He was made a Justice of the Peace in 1916. From 1900 to 1914, Mr Fulton was a Taranaki provincial Rugby representative and from 1895 to 1900 he was heavyweight Cumberland wrestler. In 1903 he married Miss Sarah Roseman, of Auckland. Bartlett, who was organising secretary of the Nelson Cathedral Erection Board, and formerly of Wellington, Wadestown, Featherston and Oamaru.
MR E. LEE NEIL United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 17, 10.0 p.m.) MELBOURNE, December 17. The death has occurred of Mr E. Lee Neil, managing director of the Myer Emporium, aged 62. His illness began within a few days of his death. Until recently he was governing-director of the Sidney Myer Company.
